Principals
Kristopher “KC” Baker
KC has more than 15 years experience with computer programming, design, and repair, ranging to the early days of personal computing. “My first computer was a Commodore 64,” says KC, who worked towards an undergraduate minor in Computer Science at Indiana University. Through college and afterward, KC made extra money repairing computers of friends and associates, and he particularly enjoys writing macros and other application extensions using Microsoft’s Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) platform. He served as a staff supervisor for Indiana University’s technology group for two years, and most recently was Director of Technology at the Miller School near Charlottesville, VA. In fact, one of his passions is helping people to use technology in ways that empowers him; his professional experiences with technology have all combined his love of education with his expertise with technology. He has extensive experience with both PCs and Macs, and has recently expanded into iPhone application development. When not working on computers, he enjoys travel, politics, and trying his hand (usually with poor results) at home improvement. KC lives with his wife, Laura, and their two cats, Lewis and Clark, in Waynesboro, Virginia.
Christopher Robbins
A student at Indiana University, Chris has had a lifelong fascination with technology. From his earliest days, he has enjoyed figuring out how things work, and, in fact, his first experiences with computers often involved taking them apart to see what was inside. Chris has significant experience with web design and computer repair, and is a “Power User” of a variety of software applications for both PC and Mac. He has set up dozens of personal computers and home networks, and specializes in troubleshooting and repairing Macintosh equipment. Chris lives in Greenfield, Indiana, where he enjoys being active in local politics and bicycling.
